Join us for this great Tequila Tasting & Dinner; designed to pair great food with exceptional Tequilas, good company and a bit of spirited discovery, all together in one evening. We'll feature a expert guided tasting of three distinct tequilas, each offering its own character and story. Guests will also enjoy one handcrafted cocktail, along with soft drinks throughout the event. Set up in three courses: The Welcome | Tequila Blanco / Food Course: Veggie Sopecitos (hand made masa veggie Sopecitos—the perfect introduction to awaken the palate); The Main Event | Tequila Reposado / Food Course: Braised Short Rib OR Chicken breast topped with fajita veggies and salsa, OR for vegetarians, Chile El Trad- - open face poblano pepper filled with cheese, corn and chipotle sauce. The Finale | Tequila Añejo - Food Course: Cinnamon Churro Bites, A sophisticated pairing where the caramel and spice of the aged Añejo meet the warmth of traditional Mexican sweets.
